Dr. Veloor Narasareddy Mani completed his (B.Sc-Physics) in 1983 and (M.Sc, Physics-Electronics, Presidency College, University of Madras) in 1985 and Ph.D. (III-V epitaxial Semiconductors Modeling areas-Anna University-Technical, Chennai) in 1990. He has joined Department of Electronics, Govt. of India, New Delhi in 1991 as Scientist-B. Presently holding the post of Principal Scientist-F at Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology (C-MET), Department of Information Technology, Govt. of India, Hyderabad. He has more than 27 years of experience   and   expertise in the areas of pure electronic and energy materials purification, processing, vlsi- class clean packaging and devices development.  He has carried out his postdoctoral research works at LCM & MCI, France, NRC-Taiwan in the select areas of GaAs and ZnO epitaxial semiconductor devices and solar systems development areas. He has take-up  major and critical R&D projects with a view to develop indigenous process and product technologies relevant to DRDO/ISRO/DAE. He has  received and awarded the following major fellowships/awards: a) Young physicist award, b)Commonwealth research fellowship, c) Postdoctoral fellowship-National science council, Taiwan d) Overseas research fellowship- CNRS, France, e) Best research paper awards, f) UGC/CSIR junior/senior research fellowship  and Best indigenous process & product technology award( 2010). He has 67 publications, 03 review reports, 02 technology development reports to his credit. He has attended more than 170 national/international conferences/ workshops / schools/ tutorials/ training programs and presented papers/ talks. He has delivered about 98 invited lectures/talks and chaired about 70 technical sessions in international / national conferences/ workshops/ schools/ tutorials. He also served in Editorial Board-Materials Research/ Bulletin of Materials Science/ Nano Technology – Journals. He is a member in 07 scientific societies/associations.

                 Dr. K. B. Jayanthi has more than 20 years of teaching experience. She is working as Professor and head of the department of Electronics and Communication Engineering in K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology, Tiruchengode. She graduated in the discipline of Electronics and Communication Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Salem in 1994. She completed her post graduation in Applied Electronics in Government College of Technology in 1999. She received her Ph.D. from Anna University Chennai in 2008. Her research area is Medical Image Processing. She has to her credit a number of papers published in peer reviewed International Journals like Elsevier, Springer, IET, Wiley, Actapress etc. She has also presented papers in a number of International and National Conferences. She has presented papers in the 3rd IEEE Global conference on Signal and Information Processing during December 14-16, 2015 in Florida; 34th annual IEEE EMBS conference in San Diego during August 2012 and in the Sixth International Conference on Information Technology: New Generations in Las Vegas, US in April 2009. All the trips were fully sponsored – both by Department of Science and Technology and Department of Biotechnology, Government of India.
She was the invited speaker for the track ‘Signal and Image Processing in IEEE TENCON 2017 held in Penang, Malaysia between 5th Nov to 9th Nov 2017. She has received rupees ten lakhs towards project through Research Promotion Scheme of AICTE. The project is on prevention of cardio vascular diseases. She has two ongoing projects which are funded by UGC and DBT. The total cost of the ongoing projects is to the tune of 33 lakhs.
She has received MODROBS funding to the tune of 8 lakhs from AICTE for modernizing the VLSI laboratory with State of Art equipment. She has conducted staff development programs which are funded by organizations like AICTE & Department of Biotechnology. She has organised a number of conferences, workshops, staff development programs and seminars. Most of them are externally funded. She has received funding to the tune of 32 lakhs from various funding agencies like AICTE, DBT, DST, MOES, SERB and UGC for organizing such programs.
She has attended the ‘Women in Engineering : International leadership conference’ on ‘LEAD BEYOND’ in May 2014 in San Francisco in US. She is the Secretary of IEEE EMB Society of Madras section and faculty advisor of IEEE EMBS and IEEE WIE affinity group of K.S. Rangasamy College of Technology. She recently represented the college to receive the Best New Student Chapter Award from IEEE EMB society in the 39th Annual International Conference of EMBS held in Jeju islands, South Korea on 12th July 2017.

Dr.Perumalla Naveen Kumar has obtained his B.E.(ECE) from Osmania University, M.Tech  (Digital Systems and Computer Electronics) from JNTU, and Ph.D from Osmania University. He has a credit of authoring two books: “Electronic Measurements and Instrumentation” and “Applied Electronics”, for undergraduate engineering students. He has organized several courses, workshops, seminars etc, for Scientists and Engineers working in Industries, R & D institution and academic Institutions. He has also organized Community service development programs in the areas of hardware and software aspects of computers. He has delivered a number of invited talks, guest lecturers in various defense organization and academic institutions. He has over 40 research publications to his credit published in various IEEE International/National Conferences and Journals. He has a credit of his research papers published in IEEE, IET Radar, Sonar and Navigation and CSIR Journals. One of his papers, was selected for “M.C.Vaithalingam Best Paper National Award” in the 36th National Systems Conference, Tamilnadu, India. He has successfully completed major research project of Rs34Lakhs sponsored by Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India, on ‘Future Ground Based Augmentation Systems’. He is instrumental in signing of MoU between Space Application Center (SAC), ISRO and Osmania University. Under this MoU, University College of Engineering, Osmania University has received 4 State of the Art, Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System (IRNSS) receivers for its performance evaluation and data acquisition. He has also received one Major project on IRNSS of worth Rs 20Lakhs from SAC, ISRO which is  currently in progress from 2017-2020. The Osmania University (OU) has appointed him as Coordinating Officer (MoU(ISRO-UCE,OU)). He has established a new ISRO’s “Advanced GNSS Research Laboratory” under the MoU between ISRO and OU, which was inaugurated by Chairman, ISRO, Shri A.S.KiranKumar, during Centenary Celebrations of OU, on 27th April 2017.
Dr.Naveenkumar had visited Tokyo Metropolitan University (TMU), Tokyo, JAPAN in connection with the MoU between TMU and Osmania University. He has also visited Newyork State University, George Washing University, and Syracuse University, USA and also presented his research paper. He has guided several BE/ME/M.Tech projects. He has taught several subjects at ME/M.Tech level: GNSS, Satellite Communications, Electronic Devices, Radio and Navigational Aids, Satellite and Microwave Communication etc. He has also participated in several Science and Engineering Research Council schools, seminars, workshops, refresher courses, conferences, symposiums etc. He has also obtained the Dale Carnegie Certification. He is a member of a several prestigious committees of CSIR, DRDO, APPSC, University recruitments etc. He is also selected as “Prefect of the School with Star Rating” in the Hyderabad Public School, Hyderabad and awarded by Former Education Minister of Andhra Pradesh, India. He was selected for inclusion of his biographical profile in the 24thEdition, 10thAnniversary Edition and 25thSilver Anniversary Edition of “Marquis Who’s Who in the World” (USA), 2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of the 21st Centaury’ International Biographical Centre (IBC), Cambridge, England and was approved for the grant of the IBC’s  “21st Centaury Award for Achievement in the year 2007”. He is a Fellow of IETE and also member of several professional bodies such as IEEE, ISTE, IoE, ISOI, BES and IACSIT. He is Additional Director (Central Computing Center), Coordinating Officer (MoU(ISRO-UCE,OU)), Incharge for ISRO’s ‘Advanced GNSS Research Laboratory” and Associate Professor.
